铝板带箔材退火油斑是铝加工生产中的一种产品缺陷,油斑是铝产品退火后从边部到中心、从头到尾整卷铝材表面出现不规则分布的白色或黄褐色的残留物质。其产生的原因与轧制油、润滑油密切相关。介绍了两种简便快速的定性分析油品退火油斑的方法。

Annealing oil stains of aluminum sheet, strip and foil materials are important issues being discussed in the production process of aluminum processing enterprises. Oil stains are white or tawny residues, irregularly distributed on the surface （from the edge to the center, and from the head to the tail of the uhole coil） of the aluminum product after annealing. The cause of oil stains is closely related with rolling oils and lubrication oils. And the introduction has been made on the two simple and quick methods of qualitative analysis of annealing oil stains of rolling oils.
