人乳头瘤病毒多重感染与宫颈癌的临床特征

Clinical characteristics of multiple infections of human papillomavirus and cervical cancer

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(Human papilloma virus,HPV)多重感染与宫颈癌的关系。方法选择2007年1月-2016年12月医院收治的宫颈癌患者350例为宫颈癌组,宫颈正常女性100例为对照组,所有患者均行HPV分型检测。结果宫颈癌组HPV感染率为84.6%,对照组HPV感染率为9.0%;宫颈癌组HPV单一感染率和HPV多重感染率均高于对照组(P<0.05);宫颈癌HPV多重感染以二重感染为主,只有3例三重感染,HPV二重感染以HPV16+HPV18占29.8%、HPV16+HPV68占14.9%、HPV16+HPV58占12.8%为主;HPV多重感染的发生与宫颈癌患者的年龄有关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌的发生与HPV多重感染有关,HPV多重感染与宫颈癌患者的年龄有关,HPV与宫颈癌分期、病理分型、组织分化和淋巴结转移无显著关系。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between multiple infections of human papillomavirus（HPV）and cervical cancer.METHODS A total of 350 patients with cervical cancer were selected as cervical cancer group,and 100 cases of normal cervical women were selected as control group in the hospital from Jan.2007 to Dec.2016.All patients were tested for HPV typing.RESULTS The HPV infection rate of cervical cancer group was 84.6%,and the infection rate of cervical control group was 9.0%.The rates of HPV single infection and HPV multiple infection of cervical cancer group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.HPV multiple infection of cervical cancer was mainly double infection,only 3 cases were triple infection.The HPV double infection were mainly HPV16 ＋ HPV18,HPV16＋ HPV68,and HPV16＋ HPV58,accounting for 29.8%,14.9%,and 12.8%,respectively.HPV multiple infection was associated with the age of cervical cancer patients（P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe incidence of HPV multiple infection is associated with cervical cancer.HPV multiple infection is associated with age of cervical cancer patients,and has no significant relationship with cervical cancer staging,pathological typing,histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis.
