小柴胡汤合葛根汤对肺部感染高热患儿血清学指标的影响分析

Effect of Xiaochaihu decoction and Gegen decoction on serological indexes of children with pulmonary infections and high fever

目的分析小柴胡汤合葛根汤对小儿肺部感染高热患者血清学指标的影响。方法选取2016年2月-2017年2月于医院就诊的肺部感染致高热患儿共80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例;两组患儿均采用常规疗法,治疗组在此基础上给予口服小柴胡汤合葛根汤,对比两组患儿的治疗效果和血清指标。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率90.0%高于对照组的57.5%;治疗组的中医症状积分和临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)较对照组更低;治疗组患儿的血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较对照组更低;治疗组的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间和住院时间低于对照组;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤合葛根汤在临床治疗小儿肺部感染导致的高热患儿时,有效降低了其血清IL-6和TNF-α炎性细胞因子的水平,取得了很好的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction and Gegen decoction on serological indexes of children with pulmonary infections and high fever.METHODS A total of 80 children with high fever caused by pulmonary infections from Feb.2016 to Feb.2017 were enrolled in this study,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups of children were treated with conventional therapy,and treatment group were given oral administration of Xiaochaihu decoction and Gegen decoction on the basis of conventional therapy.The rapeutic effect and serological indexes between the two groups of children were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate was 90.0%in treatment group,which was higher than 57.5%in control group.The scores of TCM symptoms and clinical pulmonary infection score（CPIS）in treatment group were lower than those in control group.The levels of interleukin-6（IL-6）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）in treatment group were significantly lowere than those in control group.The fever clearance time,cough remission time and hospitalization in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONXiaochaihu decoction and Gegen decoction can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment of children with high fever caused by pulmonary infections,which can achieve good therapeutic effect.
