摘要
目的获得压力蒸汽灭菌器的待机时间及影响因素,了解压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用现状、能源及成本浪费情况。方法收集2017年8月-2017年9月395家医院留存的压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌报表电子版,并采用自行设计的一般资料及压力蒸汽灭菌器使用情况调查表,用电子问卷方式收集395家医院消毒供应中心压力蒸汽灭菌器的临床资料及使用情况资料;采用SPSS 18.0软件进行数据录入和统计分析。结果每台压力蒸汽灭菌器每天的待机时间为7.76(4.85~9.34)h,待机时间在8h以上的医院有187家占47.34%;多元线性回归分析结果显示,医院级别、压力蒸汽灭菌器台数、是否所有压力蒸汽灭菌器同时开机、夜间压力蒸汽灭菌器是否工作为压力蒸汽灭菌器待机时间的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论目前压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用待机时间较长,能源及成本浪费量大,建议各医院根据自身情况构建压力蒸汽灭菌器节能管理方案。
OBJECTIVE To obtain the standby time and influencing factors of pressure steam sterilizer,and understand the status of the use of pressure steam sterilizer,energy and cost waste.METHODS The electronic version of sterilization reports of pressure steam sterilizers from 395 hospitals from Sep.2017 to Aug.2017 were collected.The clinical data and usage situation of pressure steam sterilizers in disinfection supply center of 395 hospitals were collected by using the self-designed questionnaire of general information and the usage situation of pressure steam sterilizer.SPSS 18.0 software was used for data entry and statistical analysis.RESULTS The average standby time of a pressure steam sterilizer was 7.76(4.85~9.34)hours every day.There were 187(47.34%)hospitals had more than 8 hours of standby time,accounting for 47.34%.Multiple linear logistic regression analysis showed that the hospital level,the number of pressure steam sterilizer,whether all the pressure steam sterilizers started at the same time,and whether the pressure steam sterilizers worked at night were the influencing factor of the standby time of the pressure steam sterilizer(P 〈0.05).CONCLUSION The use of pressure steam sterilizer has long standby time,energy and cost waste.Hospitals should build steam sterilizer energy-saving management solution according to their own situation.
