摘要
通过光学显微镜(OM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)研究了锑对无取向硅钢组织及织构的影响。结果表明:锑沿晶界偏聚,增大成品晶粒尺寸,降低{111}面织构强度,对{110}和{100}面织构强度影响较小。因此,锑能改善无取向硅钢磁性能,降低铁损,提高磁感。
Effect of Sb on mierostructure and texture of a non-oriented silk',on steel was studied by using OM and EBSD. The results show that Ihe grain boundary segregation of Sb ean increase the gTain size, reduce the { 111 } surface texture components and have little influenees on the { 110 } and { 100 } surface textire components. Therefore, Sb can improve the magnetic property of non-oriented silicon steel obviously, reducing the iron loss and improving the magnetic induetion intensity.
