Fracture analysis for 15-5PH steel screw and passivation process improvement

摘要 针对15-5PH不锈钢螺钉在使用过程中发生断裂失效情况,对15-5PH不锈钢螺钉断口进行宏观、微观组织观察和能谱分析,并结合螺钉材料的显微组织、硬度和氢含量检测结果,分析并确定了螺钉断裂失效的主要原因是氢致断裂。在此基础上,制定了相应的除氢措施并应用于实际生产,效果良好。 Considering the fracture failure behavior of the 15-SPH stainless steel screw during its application, the reason for the fracture failure of the screw samples was analyzed and determined by means of macroscopic and microstructure observation and energy spectrum analysis. Combing with hardness test and hydrogen content detection, the resuhs show that the main factor of fracture failure is hydrogen induced fracture. On the basis of the above experimental research and analysis, the corresponding improvement measures of dehydrogenation are adopted to the practical production, and good application effect is obtained.
