摘要 采用二正丁胺封端反应控制产物相对分子质量的方法,设计制备了一系列不同相对分子质量的聚醚二元醇(PPG)/甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)聚氨酯嵌段共聚物。设计了聚氨酯/钢板阻尼结构模态分析的测试系统,该系统具有良好的数据采集重复性和模态分析的准确性。当PPG/TDI聚氨酯相对分子质量在4000~40000范围内时,随着聚氨酯相对分子质量的增加,钢板阻尼结构阻尼比增加,聚氨酯材料的阻尼性能也逐渐提高。当聚氨酯相对分子质量相近时,软段相对分子质量越小,系统的阻尼特性越好;加入云母填料和小分子受阻酚填料均能使阻尼材料阻尼性能增加;升高测试系统的温度,不利于提高结构的阻尼性能。 A series of polyether glycol (PPG)/ toluene diisocynate (TDI) polyurethane block polymers with different molecular weight were successfully synthesized by addition of dibutylamine as molecular weight regulating agent. The model test system, which can be used in the polyurethane/steel plate structure model analysis, was designed. The data repeatability of the system is perfect and the model analysis is accurate. The model analysis result shows that when the molecular weight is within the range of 4000 to 40000, the damping ratio of the structure increases with increasing of the soft-segment molecular weight in polyurethanes, and the damping performance of polyurethane is gradually improved. Moreover, when the molecular weight polyurethane is similar, the lower the soft-segment molecular weight is, the better damping performance the damping structure has. The fillers, such as mica or small molecular hindered phenol, also can improve the damping performance. Raising of temperature is not beneficial to improve the damping performance of the structure.
