同向双螺杆挤出和双辊开炼过程中脱硫胶粉精炼的模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)连续脱硫后制备再生胶(RR),需要进行精炼处理,文中针对这一过程提出使用啮合同向双螺杆挤出机代替传统的开放式炼胶机(精炼机)。应用POLYFLOW软件模拟脱硫胶粉(RD)在不同精炼设备中受剪切情况,得到流场剪切速率云图、剪切应力云图、两者的加权平均计算值以及物料受到的累积应变,并结合生产实验结果,综合考虑同向双螺杆挤出机在精炼过程中的各种优势,得出同向双螺杆挤出机拥有较好的精炼效果。 After ground tire rubber (GTR) 's continuous desulfurization, refining process should be carried out to prepare reclaimed rubber (RR), now it is proposed to use co-rotating twin screw extruder instead of the traditional mixing mill (refiner) for this refining process. By simulating the shear capacity of the rubber desulfurization in different refining equipmen with POLYFLOW software, the shear rate contour, shear stress qontour, their weighted average and strain distribution were obtained, then combined with the experimental results and taking the various advantages of co-rotating twin screw extruder in the refining process into account, it is concluded that the refining effect of the co-rotating twin screw extruder is better.
