摘要
职业教育的核心目标是培养和提升学生的综合职业能力,学习效果评价又是判断学生综合职业能力水平的主要手段。文章从原始理论依据出发,提出了通过此评价体系可以解决的教学问题和实施过程,达到以评促学、以评促教的目的,进而有效地提高人才培养质量。
The core target of vocational education is to train and improve the comprehensive vocational abilities of students. The evaluation of learning effect is the main method to estimate such abilities. Based on the original theoretical foundation, this paper proposes that the teaching problems and implementation process can be solved by learning effect evaluation system to promote students' study and teaching effect both by evaluation and improve talents' quality as well.
