影响SPHC深冲性能的因素探究与改进措施

摘要 针对我公司生产的SPHC在下游冷轧客户使用过程中屡有反馈加工偏硬的问题,找出了影响冷轧偏硬的因素,如热轧终轧温度、卷取温度、轧制变形量、控制冷却等。通过合理的提高终轧温度、降低卷取温度、调整末道次压下量,合理控制冷却工艺等措施,影响硬化指数(n值)和塑性应变比(r值),解决冷轧过程的二次加工硬化,软化性能,提高客户满意度,实现SPHC深冲性能研发。 Aiming at the complains of customers that the steel grade of SPHC was exhibiting a higher resistance to cold deformation, the influence factors have been founded, such as finishing temperature, coiling temperature, cooling control and so on. The second work hardening has been reduced and the deep drawing property of SPHC has been enhanced, through the measurements of increasing temperature of finishing rolling, decreasing temperature of coiling, adjusting reduction at last stand and controlling laminar cooling which may influence the value of hardening index(n) and plastic strain ratio(r),.
