混联式PHEV中DC/DC变换器CM-EMI研究与抑制 被引量:2

摘要 直流/直流(DC/DC)变换器为混联式插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)重要组成器件,同时也是混联式插电式混合动力汽车系统中最主要的电磁干扰(EMI)源之一。文中首先对混联式PHEV中所用的降压型DC/DC全桥变换器的工作原理和变换器中主要电磁干扰源进行了分析,其次分析建立了EMI预测模型并对共模电磁干扰(CM-EMI)作了理论推导,然后在Matlab软件上对产生的共模干扰进行仿真分析,研究了抑制CM-EMI的方法,最后从干扰源和耦合通道考虑,设计一种带有源钳位的移相控制ZVS-DC/DC全桥变换器和变压器外加补偿电容的方法对变换器中的CM-EMI进行抑制,搭建了采取抑制措施的变换器电路,并通过仿真与实验对该方法进行验证。结果表明,文中提出的抑制方法能有效减小DC/DC变换器中的共模传导电磁干扰,从而验证了该方法的正确性,而且变换器系统更具有电磁兼容性。 Direct current/Direct current( DC/DC) converter is an essential component in the parallel-series plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,and one of the main electromagnetic interference( EMI) sources. First,the DC/DC converter working principle and its EMI source are analyzed.Second,EMI prediction model of DC/DC converter is built. Third,a theoretical analysis to the common mode interference is made. Then the common mode interference simulation on MATLAB platform is carried out. Based on it,a kind of active clamp phase shifted ZVS-DC/DC full bridge converter with additional compensation capacitor and transformer are designed to reduce the CM-EMI of the DC/DC converter. A converter circuit with restraint measures is constructed. These methods are verified by simulation and experiment. The results show that by using thosemethods caneffectively reduce the common mode electromagnetic interference of DC/DC converter.
