摘要
为了探究邻苯二甲酸酐改性蔗渣纤维素的最佳工艺条件,用响应面法对影响改性的主要因素酸酐投加量、超声波预处理时间、反应时间和温度进行优化,并对改性产物进行傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析。结果表明:对改性有显著影响的是酸酐投加量、反应时间和反应温度;改性的最佳条件为酸酐投加量7 g,超声波预处理时间60 min,反应时间57 min,反应温度91℃,在此条件下测得羧基化产率为13.155%。红外光谱显示,反应产物于1 717 cm^(-1)以及1 286 cm^(-1)位置出现了比较明显的羧基特征峰。
In order to modify cellulose bagasse with phthalic anhydride,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the modificationconditions. The modified product was analyzedby Furier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). The results showed that the factors influencing the modification included anhydride dosage on the reaction,reaction time and reaction temperature. The optimum conditions were as follows: anhydride dosage of 7 g,ultrasound-irradiating timeof 60 min,reaction time of 57 min,reaction temperature of 91 ℃. The carboxylation yield was 13. 155% underthe condition. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the modified product had obvious carboxyl peak at 1 717 cm^-1 and 1 286 cm^-1.
