以核电集团生产准备绩效指标体系为研究对象,收集分析了行业以及国内核电厂生产准备绩效指标体系架构,提出了核电集团生产准备绩效指标体系建设方案,包括主要原则、体系架构、指标设置、量化评价方法及应用。通过建立并实施生产准备绩效指标体系,核电集团可实现对所属核电厂生产准备工作的过程管理和量化评价。

With a view of establishing production readiness performance indicator system in a nuclear power corporation, the production readiness performance indicator system structure used in domestic nuclear power plants and in the industry was collected and analyzed. The approach of establishing production readiness performance indicator system was raised, including the principle, structure, main indicators, quantitative evaluation measures and applications. The nuclear power corporation will carry out the process management and quantitative evaluation for nuclear power plant production readiness management through the use of the performance indicator system.
