摘要
通过梳理核电项目管理体系建设要求,分析程序体系建设从策划、建立、实施到改进等各阶段的特点,并结合江西彭泽核电准备过程中管理体系建设具体实践,利用PDCA循环分析手段,提出程序管理过程中的控制要点,以期对核电企业管理体系建设提供参考和借鉴。
By analyzing the nuclear power project management system requirements, analysis program system construction from planning, establishing, implementing to improve the characteristics of each stage, implementing and improving the management system in Jiangxi Pengze NPPs, using PDCA cycle analysis methods, puts forward the control points in the process of program management, for the purpose of sharing the experience for nuclear power enterprises.
