摘要
液压油散热问题一直是掣肘液压传动系统大步发展的关键因素;平行流散热器作为一种新型高效的换热器,因换热效率较高、体积小、价格低等优点而得到广泛应用,但其换热效率仍难以满足现实需要。该文提出在平行流管内增设M型内齿;建立M型内齿平行流管的简化物理模型;借助FLUENT软件对平行流管换热性能进行数值仿真,得出了M型内齿的齿高、齿宽以及齿数等结构参数对平行流管管内流体与管壁换热性能的影响规律,为平行流管散热器的改进提供了理论借鉴。
The application of hydraulic transmission system is more and more widespread, but the hydraulic oil heat dissipation problem of hydraulic transmission system has been the key factor to restrict its stride development, and has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the industry. As a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger, parallel flow radiator is widely used in industry because of its high heat transfer efficiency, small size and low price. But its heat exchange efficiency is still difficult to meet the needs of reality. The parallel flow pipe in a M type gear, the M type gear of the simplified physical model of parallel flow tube, and using FLUENT software for the parallel flow heat exchanger performance by numerical simulation, the effects of M in the tooth height and tooth width and tooth number of the parameters of the parallel flow of fluid in the pipe and the wall heat transfer performance.
