摘要
采用道化学火灾、爆炸指数评价法对压缩天然气建设项目的环境影响进行环境风险评价分析。通过模型预测发生火灾爆炸时对周围环境的影响,并提出针对性的补偿措施。为该类建设项目环境影响评价文件编制和环境管理提供科学依据和参考。
In this paper, the vehicle refueling compressed natural gas station construction environment impact and its risk assessment was studied using Dow chemical fire and explosions index method. A fire and explosion quantitative prediction model was used and the corresponding compensation strategy was showed. This paper can provide scientific reference for the compilation of environmental impact assessment documents and environmental management of compressed natural gas station.
