利用信息化手段提升建设项目的环境保护已经成为建设项目环境保护管理的重要发展方向,分析了省级企业建设项目环境保护信息节点基础建设内容,通过提出辽宁省项目信息中心建设总体架构,构建了建设框架、应用体系、服务对象与内容设计三大板块的具体内容,为建设项目环境保护提供信息支撑及决策支持服务,推进辽宁省建设项目环境管理信息资源中心建设。
