分析了县级环境监测站在环保机构监测监察执法垂直管理改革中面临的3个问题,并从省级制定垂管改革方案层面提出解决问题的建议。
The paper analyzed three problems that county-level monitoring station faced in the vertical management reform of environmental monitoring law enforcement and supervision, and proposed some suggestions from the as- pect of vertical management reform program of provincial level.
