摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的效果及对细胞因子水平的影响。方法选择2012-05—2016-06上海市普陀区中心医院收治的220例急性脑出血患者,按随机数表法分为观察组(110例)及对照组(110例),观察组应用脑醒静治疗,对照组选择常规治疗,对治疗后患者的神经功能缺失状况、临床效果以及细胞因子水平进行分析。结果治疗前2组NIHSS评分和GCS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7d后2组GCS评分和NIHSS评分相比,观察组改善更加显著(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗后1d,2组CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3d和7d,2组CRP水平比较,观察组改善更加显著(P<0.05);治疗前及治疗后1d、3d,2组NSE水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后7d,2组NSE水平比较,观察组改善更加显著(P<0.05)。结论脑醒静能够有效降低脑出血患者的CRP水平,降低脑出血后神经损伤和炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on cytokine levels. Methods A total of 220 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were enrolled in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2016 were researched. Patients were divided into observation group (110 cases) and control group (110 cases) according to random number table. The observation group was treated with brain Treatment, the control group was treated with conventional methods, after treatment, the patient's neurological deficits, clinical effects and cytokine levels were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and GCS score between the two groups before treatment (P〉 0. 05). After 7 days of treatment, the GCS score and NIHSS score of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in CRP level between the two groups before and after treatment (P〉0.05). After 3 days and 7 days of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of NSE between the two groups before and after treatment (P 〉0.05). The scores of CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Xingnaojing in jection can effectively reduce the level of CRP in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and improve the neurological damage and inflammatory response after cerebral hemorrhage. The clinical effect is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
