摘要
蓝藻水华会向水体中释放大量的微囊藻毒素,对水体生物及饮用水安全构成很大的威胁。综述了国内外藻毒素的分析方法,包括生物检测法、物理化学检测法、生物化学检测法和分子生物学检测法,指出了各种检测方法的优缺点,评述和展望了研究方法的未来发展趋势。
Microcystis aeruginosa is a common cyanobacteria and produces toxin called microcystin(MC). MC not only causes health hazards to aquatic organism, but also affects municipal water supply safety. Detection methods of MC are reviewed, including biological method, physical and chemical method, biochemical detection method and molecular biological assay.
