活性砂滤在石化废水脱氮除磷中的应用研究

摘要 活性砂滤技术采用生物脱氮与化学除磷相结合的方法,不仅可以实现废水脱氮除磷,而且还可以将砂滤出水悬浮物控制在很低的水平,在城市生活污水的深度处理中已有一定的应用。但由于石化废水污染物种类复杂、难降解、干扰因素较多等因素,活性砂滤技术在石化废水处理中应用还不多。本研究将活性砂滤技术用于处理石化废水,提出了适合石化企业废水特点的经济、高效、易操作的脱氮除磷工艺路线,为石化企业废水脱氮除磷提供了工程化的技术解决方案。 Activated sand filtration technology was the combination of biological nitrogen removal and chemical phosphorus removal. Nitrogen and phosphorus removal from wastewater could be reached by this technology. Moreover, the suspended solid in the sand filtered effluent could be kept at a very low level due to the continuous self-cleaning effect of the active sand. Thus, this technology was applied in the advanced treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment projects. Petrochemical wastewater was characterized by the presence of complex and refractory contaminants, as well as interference factors. The application of activated sand filtration technology for petrochemical wastewater treatment was therefore limited. In this study, experiments were conducted to explore the application of active sand filtration technology for the treatment of petrochemical wastewater. Based on the results, an effective and economical treatment process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal from petrochemical wastewater was put forward. Technical and engineering solution for nitrogen and phosphorus removal from petrochemical wastewater was also proposed.
