Common Problems and Suggestions in Field Verification of Drainage Permit

上海市水务局目前通过政府购买服务形式委托第三方对申请办理排水许可证换证、补证及变更的排水户进行现场核查工作。主要就现场核查的流程、依据、目的及必要性进行了概述,对实际核查工作中常见的问题及相应措施进行归纳和探析,并提出了改进建议,使第三方在现场核查时能够进一步确保排水户申办排水许可证时所递交材料的可信性及准确性,为水务排水行政许可审理部门排水许可证核发工作提供更加充分的依据。

Shanghai Water Affairs Bureau currently commissioned third parties to verify drainage households who applied for re- newal, changes or reissue of drainage permit on the spot. Process, basis, purpose and necessity of on-site verification were summarized. Common problems and corresponding measures in the actual verification work were analyzed. Some suggestions for improvement were put forward. Through on-site verification, the third parties could further ensure the credibility and accuracy of submitted materials by drainage households, when they applied for drainage permits, in order to provide a more adequate basis for drainage permit trial department to approve and issue drainage permits.
