空间位置精密检测技术在主轧机设备管理中的应用

Application of spatial position precise detection technology on rolling mill equipment management

针对秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司4 300mm生产线主轧机在使用过程中出现的异常振动、异响、钢板跑偏甩弯问题,利用精密摄影测量系统、精密全站仪等检测技术对主轧机空间位置进行检测,通过对检测数据的分析发现设备在空间位置上存在超出标准的偏差,采取措施后取得了良好效果。

Aimed at the problem of abnormal vibration,abnormal sound and plate crooked running occurring in the 4 300 mm plate mill of Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.,the spatial position precise detection for the plate mill was carried out by the precise photogrammetry system and total station instrument.The results showed that the spatial position deviation of equipment was out of specification,so some measures were taken to improve the mill working condition.
