Multi-Energy Cooperative Optimization Model of Factory IES Considering Multi-Model of Ice Storage

摘要 综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)是实现多能耦合与能量梯度利用的关键技术。工厂是包含多种能源形式的复杂能源系统,存在较大的优化空间。文章针对工厂IES提出一种考虑冰蓄冷空调多种工作模式的多能协同优化模型。首先介绍工厂IES供能架构,并对IES中的各类设备进行建模。然后,以运行维护成本、购电成本、燃料成本和储能折旧成本构成的日运行费用最低为优化目标,在冷热电功率平衡约束以及设备物理约束下,采用混合整数线性规划法对模型进行求解。算例分析表明,多能协同优化策略能够有效减少工业用户的运行费用,设备的不同工作模式也将影响工厂的供能策略。优化模型可根据工厂设备工作模式不同,提供更加准确的优化策略,在工程实际中具有很好的参考价值。 Integrated energy system( IES) is the key technology to achieve multi-energy coupling and energy gradient utilization. As a complex energy system including many kinds of energy sources,Factory has a lot of optimization space.This paper proposes a multi-energy cooperative optimal model of IES for factory considering multi-mode of ice storage. First of all,we introduce IES energy supply architecture and build a model for devices in IES. Then,taking the minimum daily running cost of operation and maintenance,purchase,fuel and storage as optimal target,we adopt mixed integer linear programming method to solve the model under the energy balance constraint and the physical constraint of equipment. The example analysis show s that multi-energy cooperative optimization can effectively reduce the operating costs of industrial users,and the different working modes of equipment will also affect the energy supply strategy of the factory. The model can provide more accurate optimization strategy according to different working modes of factory equipments,and has good reference value in actual engineering.
