Three Dimensions of Building an Active and Healthy Political Culture within the Party:Notes on the Study of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记再次强调"发展积极健康的党内政治文化",进一步为党内政治文化建设指明了方向。党内政治文化在内涵维度上体现为中国共产党人对马克思主义理论的信仰认同;在价值维度上与新时代中国特色社会主义思想要求高度契合;在实践维度上则需从马克思主义、优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化四个方面具体着手,从而有力促进党的建设这一伟大工程在新时代的飞跃。

The political culture reflects the identity of Marx＇ s theory of the Communist Party in the connotation dimension ; In the value dimension, it is highly fit with the socialist ideology of Chinese characteris- tics in the new era; It should be set about with the four aspects of Marxism, the excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture and socialist advanced culture in the practice dimension, so as to real- ize the great undertaking to build the party in the new era with the great leap forward.
