舒血宁注射液联合掩蔽疗法治疗主观性耳鸣的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of Shuxuening Injection combined with masking therapy in the treatment of subjective tinnitus

目的观察舒血宁注射液联合掩蔽疗法治疗主观性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选取在我科诊治的耳鸣患者78例,经耳鸣匹配检查及残余抑制试验后,随机将59例残余抑制试验阳性患者中的40例纳入观察组,其余19例加上19例掩蔽试验阴性者共38例纳入对照组。观察组采用1次/日静脉输入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml+舒血宁注射液70 mg,联合2次/日的耳鸣掩蔽治疗每次30 min,。对照组采用1次/日静脉输入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml+舒血宁注射液70 mg。两组患者疗程两周。结果观察组患者耳鸣疗效及THI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论掩蔽疗法对主观性耳鸣的治疗疗效确切,且方法安全、简便,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection combined with masking therapy in the treatment of subjective tinnitus. Methods 78 patients with tinnitus treated in our hospital received tinnitus matching test and residual inhibition test. 59 cases with positive residual suppression test were randomly divided into the observation group（40 cases）,and the remaining 19 cases with 19 cases of negative masking test were included in the control group. The observation group was treated with 70 mg Shuxuening Injection with 1 times every day combined with 30 mins＇ tinnitus masking therapy two times a day. The control group was treated with 70 mg Shuxuening Injection once a day. The patients in the two groups were treated for two weeks. Results the tinnitus curative effect and THI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion masking therapy is effective and effective in the treatment of subjective tinnitus,and the method is safe,simple and suitable for clinical promotion.
