摘要
目的探讨耳鼻咽喉科内镜技能培训采用分层次教学法的可行性。方法选取2016年07月18日~2017年08月21日在我院耳鼻咽喉科学习的40名规培生作为研究对象,按照随机抽取的方式分为观察组和对照组,分别给予分层次教学法和传统教学法,并对其内镜技能培训时间、内镜技能考核评分、内镜技能掌握程度进行观察和评估。结果 2组学生在内镜技能培训时间、内镜技能考核评分对比中,可发现观察组学生的内镜技能培训时间(5.51±1.02)d低于对照组数据(9.25±4.31)d;而内镜技能考核评分(9.21±0.45)分高于对照组数据(7.85±0.52)分(P<0.05);2组学生在内镜技能掌握程度对比中,可发现观察组学生的内镜技能培训掌握度100.00%高于对照组数据75.00%(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉科内镜技能培训采用分层次教学法具有显著的临床效果,不仅可以提高学生的积极性,并且还能提高内镜操作培训效率,值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using hierarchical teaching method for endoscopic training of ENT. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and received hierarchical teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively. Endoscopic skills training time, endoscopic skills assessment score, and endoscopic skills mastery degree were. observed and evaluated. Results The endo-scopic training time (5.51 ±1.02) days of the students in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (9.25 ±4.31 ) days and endoscopic examination scores of observation group (9.21 ±0.45 ) points were higher than that of the control group (7.85 ±0.52) points (P〈0.05) . The endoscopic skill of the observation group was (100.00%) higher than the control group (75.00%, P〈0.05) . Conclusion The application of hierarchical teaching method in endoscopic skills training has significant clinical effect, not only can improve the enthusiasm of students, but also improve the efficiency of endoscopic training. It is worthy of application and promotion.
