滑橇运输系统与汽车底盘匹配研究

摘要 滑橇是连接固定汽车车身并带动车体在生产线上运动的夹具构件,其不同的定位形式,以及与车身的相对位置决定了定位精度。建立滑橇与车体的匹配模型,应用层次分析法对各指标权重进行量化,并建立面向制造的设计审核流程,为后续设计与制造提供参考。 The skid is a fixture that connects and secures car body and drives the body to move on the production line. Its different positioning forms as well as the relative position with the body determine the positioning accuracy. The matching model of the skid and the vehicle body was established, the weight of each index was quantified by the analytic hierarchy process AHP, and the DFM review process was established to provide a reference for the follow-up design and manufacturing.
