摘要
以曳引机转子偏心为外部激励,建立电梯系统动力学方程,对电梯系统的竖直振动进行模态分析,求解出系统各阶固有频率的时变范围,确认电梯在运行至30 s时六阶固有频率与曳引机的激振频率相吻合。针对这一问题,通过更换不同刚度的隔振垫来改变系统固有频率,进而避免共振。
The dynamic equation of the elevator system was established by of traction maohine as the external excitation and the time-varying range of th taking the rotor eccentricity e natural frequency of each order in the system was computed through the modal analysis for vertical vibration of the elevator system. It was found that the natural frequency of the sixth order had coincided with the exciting frequency of the traction machine when it was running at 30 s. In response to this problem, the natural frequency of the system could be changed by changing the vibration isolator with different stiffness to avoiding resonance.
