摘要
对后装式垃圾车压缩装置的液压系统进行设计,采用测压元件检测油路压力变化来自动控制多路电磁换向阀等顺序动作。结合AMESim与Simulink建立压缩装置的电控液压模型,在模型中加载输入信号对工作过程进行模拟分析,验证了所设计液压系统的可行性。
The design of the hydraulic system of the compression device of rear-loading garbage truck adopts the load cell to detect the oil pressure change for automatic control of serial actions of the multi-way electromagnetic directional valve. Combining AMESim and Simuhnk, the hydraulic model for electronic control of the compression device was established. By loading simulation analysis of the working process, the feasibility of the incoming signal in the model and performing hydraulic system was verified.
