水解法和水解-水热法制备γ-Ce2S3@SiO2包裹色料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以工业纯γ-Ce_2S_3大红色料为研究对象,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、氨水(NH_3·H_2O)、CTAB和无水乙醇为原料,研究水解法和水解-水热法在不同醇水比条件下制备SiO_2包裹γ-Ce_2S_3色料(记为γ-Ce_2S_3@SiO_2)效果和性能的影响。研究发现水解-水热法制备的γ-Ce_2S_3@SiO_2色料包裹效果优于水解法,当醇水比为7∶1时,包裹色料表面的SiO_2包裹层厚度适中,更致密,包裹色料经550℃热处理后仍然能够保持一定的红度,a*达到22.16。包裹后色料的抗氧化温度从350℃左右提高到758℃。 In this paper, the industrial pure γ-Ce_2S_3 red pigment was selected as the research objective, the SiO_2 coated γ-Ce_2S_3 inclusion pigment(shorted γ-Ce_2S_3@SiO_2) was prepared based on hydrolysis and hydrolysishydrothermal method using TEOS, NH_3·H_2O, CTAB and ethanol as raw materials under different ratios of alcohol to water conditions. The results indicate that effectiveness of preparation of γ-Ce_2S_3@SiO_2 by the hydrolysishydrothermal method is better than that by the hydrolysis method. When the ethanol to water volume ratio was 7 ∶ 1, a denser and an optimal thickness coating layer on the surface of γ-Ce_2S_3 can be obtained. The redness a* of γ-Ce_2S_3@SiO_2 remain a high value of 22.16 after a heat treatment at 550 ℃, and the oxidation temperature is improved from 350 ℃ to 758 ℃.
