铅基压电陶瓷承烧板的制备及其性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用低膨胀相材料、化学稳定性强的基相材料及其它辅助相材料为主要原料,采用压力注浆成型,自然干燥,常压烧结工艺制备铅基压电陶瓷承烧板。研究晶相组成、显微结构对烧银承烧板使用寿命的影响。结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下可制备热膨胀系数α_((室温~800℃))=2.81×10^(-6)℃^(-1),抗弯强度151.6 MPa,抗热震性△T≥400℃不裂的陶瓷承烧器具,用作铅基压电陶瓷被银后烧银(700~850℃)承烧板,其使用寿命超过150次。 Using low expansion phase material,strong chemical stability base phase material and other auxiliary materials as main raw materials,the burning bearing plate of lead-based piezoelectric ceramics were prepared through pressure casting,natural drying,conventional sintering. The influence of crystal phase composition and microstructure on the service life of burning silver bearing plate was studied. The results shows that the sample with thermal expansion coefficient α(room temperature ~ 800 ℃) of 2.81×10^(-6) ℃^(-1), bending strength 151.6 MPa, thermal shock resistance △ T above 400 ℃ can be prepared under the optimum technological condition. This is used for silver(700 ~ 850 ℃) burning bearing plate of lead-based piezoelectric ceramics after sliver-layer coating with the service life of more than 150 times.
