摘要
针对切削液系统理论分析方法局限性大、建立数学模型难这个问题,通过最小二乘法建立数学模型。根据深孔加工BTA系统的流场特性,运用CFD软件Fluent对BTA系统内部切削液流场进行数值模拟试验分析,并建立了切削液流场的数学模型,为研究深孔切削液流场在线监测提供了理论基础。
In view of the limitation of the theoretical analysis method of cutting fluid system and the difficulty of establishing a mathematical model, a mathematical model is established by means of least square method. According to the flow characteristics of deep hole drilling and cutting system, analyzed the numerical simulation test of cutting fluid flow field of the deep hole processing system by using CFD software, establish mathematical model of cutting fluid flow, as the research provide a theoretical basis for on-line monitoring of deep hole cutting fluid flow.
