减震器弹簧盘三维检测方法分析

摘要 作为典型的异形零件,汽车减震器弹簧盘的结构尺寸复杂,传统的检测技术难以高效、精确地实现误差检测。本文总结了传统检测方法的不足,提出了一种针对减震器弹簧盘等复杂曲面零件的快速而准确的三维检测方法,即采用三维扫描技术得到弹簧盘点云数据模型,并将数据与参考模型进行对比分析,得出精确的检测报告并分析了检测结果,对弹簧盘的工艺研究以及减震器性能的提升有重大意义。 The traditional detection technology is difficult to achieve high efficiency and accuracy in the detection of abnormal surface parts. The spring plate of spring damper is taken as an example to sum up the shortcomings of traditional detection methods. A fast and accurate 3D detection method is proposed for curved surface parts. In other words, the 3D scanning technology is used to get the point cloud data model of the spring plate and compare it with the reference model in Geomagic Qualify software. The detection results are analyzed. It has great significance to improve the performance of the spring plate.
