摘要
介绍了一种基于USB总线的单频激光计数卡。重点阐述了该数据采集卡的总体设计与实现,讨论了四倍频细分辨向电路、锁存电路以及USB接口电路的设计原理与实现方案,给出了电路的仿真波形。通过测试及用户实际使用证明,该计数卡稳定性好,抗干扰能力强。
The single frequency laser interferometer data acquisition card based on USB is introduced. The article mainly proposes the overall design and implementation of the data acquisition card. The circuit design principles of four fold frequency subdivision, discerning direction, signaling circuit, decoding circuit, USB interface circuit are described in details, the circuit and waveforms of simulation has been given in this paper. Through test and practical application show that the card has better adaptability with strong anti-interference capacity, it has strong practical value.
