摘要
切削液在深孔加工中具有排屑、冷却和润滑等作用,深孔加工能否良好运行很大程度取决于切削液的状态,因此深孔加工过程中切削液温度的在线监测技术研究就显得尤为重要。本文通过PLC自动调整切削液流量的方法设计了一套自动降低钻头温度的装置,实现了对深孔加工切削液温度的智能控制,并具有手动和自动两种模式切换功能。
Cutting fluid has the functions of chip removal, cooling and lubrication in deep hole machining, and whether the deep hole machining can run well depends largely on the state of the cutting fluid. Therefore, it is very important to study the online monitoring technology of cutting fluid temperature during deep hole machining. This method by PLC automatic adjustment of cutting fluid flow and design a set of automatic device for reducing the temperature of the drill bit, the device realizes the intelligent temperature control liquid cutting deep hole processing, and has two types of manual and automatic mode switch function.
