By analyzing the design of Vanke Songshan Lake Dormitory, this paper proposes a new possibility of spatial tectonics within the framework of building industrialization. It leads to spatial tactics that can transiently liberate one from mundane routine of everyday life.Vanke Songshan Lake Dormitory＇s approach sheds the light on how contemporary architecture could dissolve class differentiation/solidification under the forces of social, economic,and political disciplines by means of subjective spatial practice.
