摘要
基于美国传热学会的计算公式,建立了加热器传热系数的计算模型。推导了加热器管侧传热系数、壳侧传热系数及总体传热系数的计算公式,并提出加热器传热系数的求解方法。新的求解方法,适用于组合式回热加热器的变工况计算。应用能量守恒方程和传热方程,可确定加热器端差的基准值,也可用于加热器的运行监测及经济性分析。
Based on the American Heat.Transfer Society formula, the calculation model of heat transfer coefficient of heater is set, calculation formula of heater tube side, shell side heat transfer coefficient and total heat transfer coefficient is get, and a new method to solve heater heat transfer coefficient is put forward, applies to the variable condition calculation of combined regenerative heater, through energy conservation equation and heat transfer equation, the reference value of heater end difference can be determined, the equation can also be used for power plant heater performance monitoring and economic analysis.
