摘要
冷却汽轮机的乏汽有2种冷凝方式,可分为空气冷却和循环水冷却。采用空冷方式时,空冷设备的体积庞大,结构复杂,成本高,而水冷设备的体积小,成本低,但相应的运行费用较贵。现提出了新型的混合冷却技术方案,以空冷为主,水冷为辅。通过分析,确定了空冷器的最佳温度设计值,得到了混合冷却方案中最为经济的运行方式。
At present, there are two main ways to condensate the turbine exhaust steam, one is surface condenser cooled by circulating water, the other is air cooling condenser. Air cooling condenser is huge and high cost, surface condenser has simple structure and low cost, but maintenance costs and operating costs is too high. Especially for the area without water, the running cost is' higher. This paper presents a new type of combined cooling method, which is mainly composed of air cooling and water cooling. By the cost analysis, the air design temperature of the air cooler will be determined in order to obtain the most Economics technical plan.
