摘要 在核电机组中,系统的气液介质长期在各种管道内高速流动。高速流体不断对管壁形成冲击,不可避免地冲蚀管道和弯头。据分析,冲蚀现象常发生于阀门的下游处,在小径管内,尤为常见。冲蚀使管壁不断减薄,甚至会引起事故的发生。利用射线检测技术,可对冲蚀减薄的管壁进行精确检测,并提供了检测及计算的方法。 In the nuclear power unit, the gas-liquid medium in the system flows with a high speed in various pipelines for a long time. The high speed fluid constantly impacts the wall of the tube and inevitably erodes the pipe and the elbow. According to the analysis, erosion often occurs in the downstream of the valve, and the erosion in the small diameter tube is especially common. Erosion makes the tube wall thinner and even cause accidents. By using the ray detection technology, the erosion thinning of tube wall can be detected accurately. At the same time, the method of detection and calculation is also provided.
