摘要
为改善无轨胶轮车斜巷运输时的制动性能,以车辆坡道制动的力学模型为依据,就坡道对制动性能的影响程度进行了讨论,提出了在平路、上坡、下坡3种路况实际运行频率下,使无轨胶轮车制动效能良好、制动方向稳定的一种制动力分配比优化设计方法,并以某无轨胶轮车为例展开了仿真计算。该研究可为无轨胶轮车制动系统选型设计提供参考。
To improve the braking performance of trackless tyred vehicles in inclined roadway transportation, according to the automobile mechanical models in slope braking, the influence - extent of slope on braking performance was discussed. Under the actual operating frequencies among three kinds of conditions including straight, uphill and downhill, we proposed an optimization designing method of braking force distribution ratio to obtain a better braking efficiency and directional stability, then a simulation calculation of a trackless tyred vehicle was taken as an example. This study can be used for reference in the braking system design of trackless tyred vehicles.
