摘要
针对国产SC系列梭车的技术特点,以王家岭煤矿为工程背景,提出了在大断面巷道长运距(300m)条件下双巷平行作业的三种不同梭车搭配工艺,并分析了不同方案的优缺点,根据工程实践提出了进尺预估相关时间因素及公式T_(循环)=max(T_(割煤),T_(支护))+T_(调机)+T_(辅助),分析了梭车掘进过程中运行时间实际值并分析出原因,介绍了卷缆装置的适应性改造。现场实践证明,进尺预估公式参数可靠,电缆导向轮组的改造降低了电缆故障,提高了梭车开机时间,提升了国产梭车稳定性,进而提高了整体运行效率,实践成果为相似条件矿区引进梭车具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。
According to thetechnical characteristics of domestic SC Series shuttle car, and the engineering background of Wangjialing Coal Mine, three kinds of shuttle car collocation process were put forward for double lane parallel operation under the condition of large section and long distance (300m) coal roadway, advantages and disadvantages of different schemes were analyzed, the footage estimate related time factor and the formula of Tcirculating = max ( Tcuting, Tsupportting) + Tmachine + Tassisted was proposed according to the engineering practice, the actual running time of shuttle car in excavation process and the causes were analyzed, and the revamping of roll cable device was introduced. The practice proved that the prediction formula of footage parameters is reliable, the cable guide wheel group transformation reduces the cable fault, improves the shuttle car boot time, enhances domestic shuttle car stability, thus improves the overall efficiency, practical results has important reference and guidance significance for introduction of the shuttle car in similar mining conditions.
