摘要
红庆河煤矿北翼二、三期工程以煤巷为主,拟通过中央二号风井施工,为实现该工程安全、高效施工的目的,结合施工经验并采用方案比选的方法对煤流系统设计方案进行比选,确定采用混合改绞方案及下沉式煤仓结构,并且在煤仓系统施工时采用平行作业的施工方案。该煤流系统的设计及应用,实现了煤仓系统平行作业,减少了措施工程工期及工程量,确保了提升能力。该项技术成功应用于红庆河煤矿等工程施工中,对类似工程实践具有借鉴意义。
The second and third phase of the Hongqinghe coal mine are mainly coal roadway. It is intended to be built by the central No. 2 manhole. In order to realize the safe and efficient construction of the project, the coal flow system design program was selected combining with construction experience, which determined to use mixed transformation program and sinking coal bunker structure, and the construction scheme of parallel operation in the coal bunker system. Finally, the parallel operation of the coal bunker system was realized, reducing the duration of the project and the amount of engineering to ensure the upgrading capacity. The technology has been successfully applied in the construction of Hongqinghe Coal Mine and other coal mines, which can provide references for similar engineering practice.
