摘要
介绍了我国建筑垃圾现状及其危害,比较了主要发达国家的建筑垃圾处理情况。提出将选煤行业中的干法分选技术引入到建筑垃圾的分选上,并通过实验对建筑垃圾的干法分选进行了研究。通过小型实验研究了建筑垃圾在干法分选设备上的分选机理,比较了不同物料混合物的分选效果,总结出物料密度差越大分选效率越高;通过工业性实验验证了建筑垃圾干法分选工艺的可行性,并初步制定了相关工艺参数。最后提出建筑垃圾干法分选的下一步工作方向。
The current situations and harm of construction waste in our country are introduced, and the construction waste treatment in the major developed countries is compared. Then the dry separation technology in the coal preparation industry is introduced to the separation of construction waste, and studied by test. The separation mechanism of construction waste on dry separation equipment is studied by small scale test, and the separation efficiency of different materials mixture is compared. The results show that the separation efficiency is positively related to the density difference of material; feasibility of dry separation technology in construction waste separation is verified by industrial test, and the related technological parameters are preliminarily formulated. Finally, the next working orientation is put forward.
