摘要
为确保全断面矩形快速掘进机在巷道掘进期间顶、帮支护安全可靠,通过对布尔台矿42108辅运巷支护方案进行顶板稳定性评估,得出受煤层顶板和掘进设备的影响。42108辅运巷在掘进面空顶期、以及一次支护后到二次支护前的间隔期,顶板稳定性差。当煤体抗拉强度降低至0.62MPa时,煤顶会发生破坏,原支护方案中一次支护的安全性无法得到保障。通过对支护参数的优化,支护效果能很好地满足全断面快速掘进的要求。
In order to ensure the reliability of roof and side support of the full - section rectangular roadway during fast tunneling machine operation, roof stability evaluation was carried out for 42108 auxiliary transportation roadway in Buertai Coal Mine. The result showed that, under the influence coal seam roof and driving equipment, the roof stability of 42108 auxiliary transport roadway is poor during roof hanging period and the interval between primary and secondary support, when the tensile strength of coal body decreases to 0. 62MPa, the coal roof will be destroyed, and the safety of primary support in the original scheme can not be guaranteed the. Through optimization of the support parameters, the support effect can well meet the requirements of full section fast tunnelling.
