摘要
针对天能公司选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题,对尾煤泥水系统进行改造,利用卧式沉降离心机实现尾煤泥水两段浓缩、两段回收的煤泥水减量化处理工艺,缓解了煤泥水系统压力,提高了系统运行稳定性,节约了生产成本,同时对提高原煤入洗量增加经济效益具有重要意义。生产实践表明,利用卧式沉降离心机实施煤泥水减量化处理有效解决了该厂煤泥水回收能力严重不足的问题,对稳定该厂生产具有重要作用。
In view of the problems in coal slurry system of Tianneng Company Coal Preparation Plant, transformation of the tail coal slurry system was carried out, using horizontal centrifuge to realize 2 - stage concentration and 2 - stage recycling coal slime reduction tail coal slurry treatment process. The process transformation alleviated the pressure of coal slurry system, improved the system stability, saved the production cost, which was also of great significance in the enhancement of coal washing amount and economic efficiency. Production practice showed that the use of horizontal settlement centrifuge for reduction treatment of coal slurry effectively solved the serious shortage of coal slurry treatment capacity, and played an important role for stable production of the coal preparation plant.
