煅烧白云石-铝盐即时合成Mg/Al-LDH去除水中的胭脂红

摘要 层状双氢氧化物(LDH)具有很强的阴离子交换能力,在深度处理废水中阴离子染料方面具有潜在的应用前景。今以煅烧白云石与Al Cl3·6H2O为原料采取即时合成LDH的方法处理胭脂红染料模拟废水,考察不同胭脂红初始浓度、水温、煅烧白云石添加量及其与铝盐的比例对即时合成LDH去除胭脂红的影响。利用XRD、FT-IR、FE-SEM等表征分析结果探讨即时合成LDH去除胭脂红的机理。实验结果表明:溶液pH=9、初始浓度为500 mg?L-1、Mg:Al=3:1(mol)、温度为30℃,药剂添加量为1.7 g?L-1时,胭脂红去除效果为89.34%。溶液中的胭脂红以可交换离子的方式进入到即时合成LDH结构层间,从而达到去除目的。 Layered double hydroxides (LDH) have strong anion exchange capacities and show potential application in the treatment of anionic dye containing wastewater. In this study, calcined dolomite and AlCl3·6H2O were used as raw materials for in situ synthesis of LDH to remove carmine from simulated wastewater. Effects of initial carmine concentration, temperature, calcined dolomite content and Mg/AI ratio were investigated. XRD, FT-IR and FE-SEM were used to investigate carmine removal mechanism by the synthesized LDH. The experimental results show that pH = 9, initial concentration = 500 mg.L-1, Mg:Al = 3:℃(mol), temperature = 30℃ and reagents = 1.7 g·L^-1 is the optimum condition for carmine removal, and the removal efficiency is 89.34%. Carmine in the solution absorbs by LDH layers via ion exchange, which results in carmine removal.
