摘要
新教学文化根植于学校现有的文化特质与情境,是新的儿童观下的教学文化。它基于课堂实践,指向教师的教学行为方式和学生的学习行为方式。新教学文化探索健博课堂、研发健博课程、培养健博教师、培育健博学子,呈现的是校本化的教学新规范、教学新主张、教学新策略、教学新思想、教学新行为,观照的是儿童在学校文化情境中的学习的本质。新教学文化是学校文化发展的新生长点,是课堂教学改革的新聚焦点,也是师生生命发展的新诉求点。
New learning culture is rooted in the existing cultural characteristics and contexts, which isa kind of teaching culture with the new outlook on children. It is based on classroom and oriented towardsteachers’ teaching and students’ learning styles. Such culture explores Jianbo class, studies Jianbo curriculum,cultivates Jianbo teachers, and fosters Jianbo students, which presents school-based new teaching norms,stands, strategies, ideas and behaviors. Besides, it focuses on children’s learning essence in the context ofschool culture. Meanwhile, it is the new growing point of school culture development, the new focus ofclassroom teaching reform, and the new value of teacher-student life development.
