摘要 基于实地调查和资料分析,根据浙江省龙游县庙下溪小流域自然地理和社会经济状况,测算庙下溪小流域山洪灾害的区域分布和灾害影响程度,并对沿河村落防洪现状进行科学评价,分析了防洪预警方法、预警结果的合理性,进而划定受山洪威胁的沿河村落危险区,按自然村为单元确定预警指标和阈值,为山洪灾害监测预警和防御提供科学依据. Flood disasters is a kind of natural disaster caused by continuous heavy rainfall in the mountain areas.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of mountain flood disaster in Longyou County,Zhejiang Province,not only causes devastating damage to the infrastructure of the hilly area,but also poses a great threat to the people's life and safety.Based on field survey and data analysis,the rational analysis on natural geography and social economic conditions of Miaoxia Stream watershed is conducted,and the regional distribution and disaster impact caused by mountain torrents disaster are investigated and evaluated.A scientific evaluation on flood control capacity of the villages in flood threat zone,as well as warming approaches,is also delineated.Taking the natural village as a unit to determine early warning indicators and threshold,exploring countermeasures for beaten villages in small watershed are talked about to provide technical support for flood disasters monitoring and early warning and defense.
