齐溪水电站增效扩容一键开机的实现与分析

Realization and Analysis of Efficiency Improvement and Capacity Expansion by One-button Start in Qixi Hydropower Plant

以齐溪水电站增效扩容改造工程为例,阐述了采用双微机励磁、重锤式液控蝶阀、储能式液控蝶阀、JYWT系列高油压微机调速器、高压顶起及刹车系统液控装置及PLC技术,取消气系统,增设全厂视频微机监控系统,实现少人值班,一键开机,增加设备可靠性,实现环保节能和增效扩容.

Taking the efficiency improvement and capacity expansion reconstruction project of Qixi Hydropower Plant as an example,the operation procedure is introduced on the realization of few people on duty and one-button start by applying dual-microcomputer excitation,heavy-hammer hydraulic control butterfly valves,energy-storage hydraulic control butterfly valves,JYWT high oil-pressure microcomputer governors,high-pressure jacking and brake system hydraulic control unit and PLC technology,and cancelling air system but adding the microcomputer monitoring system for the whole plant,thus to improve equipment reliability and to achieve environmental protection and energy saving as well as efficiency improvement and capacity expansion.
